MultiTag Editor

MultiTag editor helps you out, when you have to manage multiple files. If your files doesn't have suitable filenames, your files doesn't have any tags, or you just want to copy V1 tags into V2 then MultiTag editor is right here for you!
There are four main functions to select. These are:

Tag2Filename
You can easely rename more mp3 files from their tags. Specify which tag version you want to use by selecting the Source's ID3v1 or Source's ID3v2 radiobutton. In the mask window you can specify which tag frames (for instance name, or artist, etc.) will be used, and below you will see an example of how the filename will look like. Pressing the Default button, will delete your custom format, and the default mask will be: Artist - Title.mp3

FileName2Tag
This is the opposite function of Tag2Name, and of course, the FileName2Tag panel is very similar to Tag2Name's panel. You can select which tag version you want to use with the ID3v1 or ID3v2 checkboxes. Filename2Tag works on a very simple scheme. Tags ill be added from the following mask: foldername\filename - filename.ext will be converted to Tag as: AlbumName\Artist - Title.mp3

v1 < - > v2
This function converts v1 tag into v2 tag or vice versa. You can select which method you want to use with the ID3v1-> ID3v2, or ID3v2 -> ID3v1 radiobuttons. In the Select ID3 Frames to copy section, you can specify which tag frames to copy.

Edit Tags
Here you can give your own tag frames to use it in MP3 files. You can choose ID3v2, ID3v1 or both tags. You can only specify the active frames, which you checked before. Existing frames which are not active will not be changed.
